Ownership and Usage RightsCharacter Ownership:Intellectual property rights of the character/avatar belong to the client.I retain the copyrights over the artistic execution (the digital image).Personal Use:This commission grants a license for personal use only (social media, profiles, streams, personal prints).Commercial Use:Use for profit (merchandise, games, advertising) is not included and must be negotiated separately.2. Portfolio and Anonymity Fee
Right to Display:I reserve the right to post the final artwork and process to my social media and portfolio for marketing purposes.Anonymity Fee:If you request that the artwork never be posted publicly, an additional 20% fee will be applied to the total price.This compensates for the loss of marketing and professional visibility.Delayed Posting:Requests to delay posting until a specific date (birthdays, events) incur no extra charge.3. Payment and Deadlines
Payment:100% upfront in USD.Work begins only after payment confirmation.Turnaround Time:Estimated completion time is 2 to 4 weeks.This may vary depending on the queue.I will keep you updated on the progress.4. Requirements and Content
Visual References:I do not accept text-only descriptions.A pre-existing Ref Sheet or clear character images are required.Content Restrictions:I do not draw extreme fetishes. If unsure, please DM me before making the payment.5. Revisions and Refunds
Revisions:Changes are free during the sketch phase.Structural changes after the painting process has started will incur extra fees.Refund Policy: 100% refund if work hasn't started.Partial refund if the sketch is already done.No refunds for artwork in the final stages or completed.
